L’Abbate Balkan Welcomes Attorney, Kimberly Johnson Glenn, to its Garden City, New York Office

Garden City, New York, February 3, 2010 –

L’Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini, L.L.P. has welcomed Kimberly Johnson Glenn, Esq. to its Garden City, New York office.

Ms. Glenn received her Juris Doctorate cum laude from the Syracuse University College of Law in 1994. She then taught American contract and intellectual property law at a Chinese law school in Wuhan, China. After teaching for a year, she worked at two defense firms in New York City, where she defended complex Labor Law actions and general liability claims. She also represented diverse corporate clients, ranging from small local businesses to large international companies, in commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Glenn received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce, with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing. She is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Glenn has been practicing in New York courts since 1996.

Ms. Glenn joins the Firm’s Attorney Liability Practice Group, which focuses on the representation of attorneys in diverse matters such as malpractice, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, intentional torts, fraud, libel and slander, violations of state and federal statutes and civil RICO. L’Abbate Balkan has a well-documented track record of excellence in representing attorneys since the time of the Firm’s founding more than 25 years ago.
